No statutory right of withdrawal — business customers only

Equinox Advisory sells exclusively to businesses. Under German law, entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB) are not entitled to the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal that applies to consumers (§ 312g, § 355 BGB) — so there is no withdrawal form to submit on this page.

Why there is no form here

Our services — Trade Risk Report, Market Entry Route Audit, EU Trade Intelligence Alerts and EU Alerts PRO — are directed exclusively at legal entities, freelancers and businesses acting within their commercial or self-employed professional activity, not at consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing as an entrepreneur (Unternehmer) within the meaning of § 14 BGB.

Since the statutory right of withdrawal under § 312g / § 355 BGB applies only to consumers, it does not apply to your purchase — a withdrawal form would have no legal effect. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
